Art Nouveau Inspired Iris
Art Nouveau is an ornamental style of art that flourished between about 1890 and 1910 throughout Europe and the United States. Art Nouveau is characterized by its use of long, sinuous, organic lines, beautiful flowers, patterns of nature and was employed most often in architecture, interior design, jewelry and glass design, posters, and illustration. This painting is inspired by this period of time. (It is also inspired by the iris in my garden!)
This print measures 24 x 18 inches and ships unframed.
