The Old Watering Can
This painting is inspired by a wonderful vintage watering can I picked up at an antique store! I use it in the garden and just love how it is a piece of art all by itself. In painting, I set the watering can in a spring scene with one of my favorite flowers, tulips. Red tulips inspired by my grandfather's country of origin, The Netherlands, the land of tulips.
